Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30 day Return policy. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligibility for Returns: Only new, unused items can be returned for a refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items.
- Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@3bux.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- Restocking Fee: We may charge up to a 15% restocking fee.
